Amy and Jordan Mack said "I do" at The Venue on the 27th of July 2024, and what a day it was! With a large bridal party, a classic black-tie dress code, and the kind of summer light that East Lothian does best, their wedding was a masterclass in timeless elegance.
The Look
They went all-in on glamour! Jordan and his groomsmen suited up in sharp black tuxedos, while the bridesmaids complemented the colour palette in soft champagne and neutral tones. Amy herself looked stunning in a fitted strapless gown and when the full wedding party came together in the Eskmills Courtyard for their group photo, the effect was nothing
short of cinematic.
A beautiful silver Jaguar added a final touch of class, and with the grand Victorian stonework
as their backdrop, the photos practically took themselves.
The Celebration
The space was decorated with elegant white draping and cascading fairy lights, giving the room a warm, romantic glow as the evening light poured through the original arched windows. The couple's three-tier white wedding cake - topped with a gold "Mr & Mrs" - took centre stage,
a delicious moment indeed.
With Ecosse Entertainments on the decks, the evening celebration brought all the energy you'd expect from a wedding this well put together. The dancefloor inside the mill, framed by those iconic windows and draped fabric, gave the party a feeling that was both grand and intimate
at the same time.
