Can we visit The Venue before booking?
Yes, we’d love to show you around. Booking a tour is the best way to see if The Venue feels right for your event.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We can host up to 350 seated guests at The Venue. Our space can also be divided to suit smaller weddings, parties, conferences, and private dinners.
Do you host business events?
Yes. The Venue is often used for business events like team days, launches, and company celebrations, with flexible layouts and catering to suit your plans.
Do you do Christmas parties?
Yes, we host both private and shared Christmas parties to add some festive sparkle to your December.
Can we have our wedding ceremony at The Venue?
Yes. We have a licensed ceremony space indoors with aisle seating and music, along with an outdoor ceremony stage in our Eden Garden that you can use if the weather allows.
Can we get married outside?
Yes, outdoor ceremonies can be held in the Eden Garden, confirmed by your Event Manager on the morning of your wedding, depending on the weather.
Can we use the Eden Garden during our event?
Yes, the Eden Garden is included in your hire and is ideal for drinks and photos. It’s also a great space to enjoy a quiet moment during your event.
Do we get exclusive use of The Venue?
Yes, our hire packages include exclusive use of The Venue, courtyard, and Eden Garden for the duration of your event.
Can I bring my children?
Yes! Children are very welcome at The Venue, and we’re happy to advise on catering and layouts for family-friendly events.
Can we bring our pet?
Unfortunately, your furry friends aren’t allowed inside The Venue due to health and safety regulations.
Is The Venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, The Venue is fully wheelchair accessible and all on one level, with an accessible toilet near reception.
Where do we park?
We have a private car park a short walk from The Venue.
Do you provide AV and tech support?
Yes, we can provide microphones, speakers, and a projector if needed for speeches and presentations, or music.
What time does the bar close?
Last orders are taken at 12:30 am, with the bar closing at 12:45 am. We ask our guests to kindly depart The Venue by 1 am.
Can we provide our own catering?
No, we work exclusively with our talented and trusted catering partners to deliver excellent food for your event.
Do you have accommodation on-site?
We don’t have on-site accommodation, but we can recommend excellent local places to stay nearby.
Can you recommend suppliers?
Yes, we have a list of recommended suppliers familiar with The Venue that we’re happy to share.
