Eskmills Venue is a favourite wedding destination for our multicultural community. We offer a stylish space and the flexibility to host large family events and celebrations.
With a clear understanding of diverse traditions, tastes, and preferences, we strive to create unique events tailored to your chosen theme. We collaborate with our accredited caterers, handle all the infrastructure, and ensure up to 300 guests are happy and relaxed.
Eskmills, our large luxury venue close to Edinburgh, provides a beautiful backdrop throughout the day and night. The twenty-three tall elegant arched windows make a BIG statement, flooding the space with natural light during the day and making vibrant colours and fabrics shimmer and sparkle by night.
Wedding Features
- We have extensive experience with multicultural weddings, including Sikh, Hindu, and Muslim ceremonies.
- A decorative mandap can be set up inside or outside in our beautiful, landscaped gardens, which are licensed for civil ceremonies and ideal for unforgettable photos.
- You can host a religious ceremony with a sacred fire in our gardens.
- Children are very welcome and will have their own menu and outdoor/indoor play area and we can also recommend a nanny service so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

The Package
Available Dates
Bookings for multicultural celebrations can take place on Sundays and Mondays only during our off-peak months – January to March and October – November. Some exceptions may apply, please ask our team.
Your package includes
- Exclusive venue hire
- 10 hour hire period
- Maximum of 350 guests on site
- Round tables and limewash chairs
- Venue Manager and security – to ensure safety of your guests, not to run the event.
- Part use of our kitchen for external caterer
The Costs
2024 – £5,350 (+ non-negotiable ‘corkage’ fee – £400) – Total = £5,750
2025 – £5,500 (+ non-negotiable ‘corkage’ fee – £450) – Total =£5,950
Caterers & External Suppliers
You are welcome to bring along any caterer. They must be able to provide us with public liability insurance and food hygiene certificates. Caterers will be asked to sign an agreement prior to the event for cleaning, conduct & removal of rubbish. Caterers who have not been to our venue before must come for a site visit prior to your event. Caterers and external suppliers are to provide a risk assessment for any equipment they wish to bring in, along with PAT testing/safety for all equipment.
