New for this Christmas season at Eskmills we’re hosting a different kind of party that we’re calling The Christmas Cracker. Make a day of it, start early and keep the party going ‘til late!
If you’re looking for a Christmas party with a difference, this is just the party for you. This event will start earlier than the rest, kicking off at 2pm with drinks, then it’s a gorgeous three course dinner, all festive favourites with a sophisticated Hickory twist.
To start, the options you can choose from winter soup of creamed leeks and potatoes or a tian of poached salmon and prawns, with cucumber and yoghurt raita.
For the main course, we’ll have a sumptuous carvery. This is accompanied by delicious roast potatoes, chipolatas, and fresh traditional vegetables, gravy and sauces.
Then there’s the dessert station. You can choose from passion fruit and lemon cheesecake shots, miniature portions of apple crème brûlée, tasty mini Christmas trifles and Chocolate yule log. Vegetarian alternatives available on request and dietary requirements catered for, so you can just relax and enjoy the festivities!
After that, you’ll be all set for a night of entertainment, have access to a full bar and our DJ will be playing all the best tunes. Trust us, there’ll be lots of time to let your hair down in our glamorous, glittering ballroom with other groups of party people.
