On July 18th, we celebrated the Wedding of Rebecca Hadden & James McMackin here at Eskmills.
The room was decorated with our Fairy Light Curtain room divider and 6 hula hoops hanging from the ceiling wrapped in fairy lights and connected by a ribbon canopy. Our couple got creative with the favours, providing 500ml bottles of Irn Bru for each guest as the names showcase the family clan tartans.
Guests enjoyed a selection of canapes including: haggis bon-bons with a whiskey marmalade, parmesan and poppy seed lollipops and smoked venison loin with red onion marmalade. The main course was roasted topside of beef served with turned potato fondant, served with baby vegetables, beetroot and a shallot jus. The couple chose white chocolate and peach cheesecake served with Chantilly cream and berry salsa for dessert.
