Congratulations to the special couple Camilla and Jonathan who celebrated their wedding at Eskmills on Friday, 14 August 2015.
The rain did nothing to dampen the mood as you can see on their smiling faces. The colour scheme was a romantic dark pink complemented by our magical fairy light curtain. Unique favours were set on the table. For the ladies, cupcakes, while the men received a small bottle of alcohol.
The couple opted for a selection of canapes including Thai fish cake served with chilli and lime sauce, goats cheese and sundried tomato profiteroles and pate and oatcakes.
Guests enjoyed mains of roasted topside of beef served with turned potato fondant, steamed vegetables and a shallot jus, plump breast of chicken stuffed with a tomato and mature cheese mousse, fondant potato, creamed cabbage and a shallot sauce and lasagne of creamed cauliflower and poached leeks with a rich mull cheddar glaze. Desserts were chilli chocolate tart with vanilla pod ice cream and white chocolate and peach cheesecake served with chantilly cream.
