Our menu’s are planned around seasonal, local ingredients supporting local Scottish suppliers to make sure that every bite is something to remember.
We are pioneers when it comes to catering for special dietary requirements, with heaps of fresh and imaginative ideas for vegetarian, ‘free-from’ and especially vegan options – we can even design a sustainably-sourced, all-vegan wedding menu.
