From each experienced and calm-no-matter-what wedding planner and inspirational designers to the super-talented kitchen team and ultra-professional front of house staff (not to mention our resident cocktail supremo behind the bar), it’s the people we employ who are the real icing on the cake of your event.
Eskmills Venue is the headquarters of Hickory as well as a leading Scottish venue. Our state of the art kitchens are here, and our office support team, so it’s a busy hub of activity. When you come and look round you might spot Brian, our MD or Steph our Marketing Director, as well as an army of top-notch chefs, event managers, accounts team, logistics and planning people.

Natalie will be your first point of contact when you get in touch with us. She knows the venue inside and out and is our wedding planning and design extraordinaire!

Grace, Sales & Event Designer
Grace is a long term friend of Eskmills and a wedding stylist extraordinaire! Grace has stepped in to support us over the busy winter bookings months and we can’t imagine the place without her!

Sian, Sales & Event Designer
Sian has been with the business for over a year and led our Christmas 2017 campaign. Having done an amazing job in managing 3500 Christmas dinners and combining her past hotel wedding experience she has been promoted to Sales & Event Designer, helping couples make their dream wedding days come true.

Jenny Corbett, Marketing Manager
Jenny ensures that Eskmills Venue is seen by customers both on and offline. From social media management to website and brochure creation, Jenny ensures that our philosophy of ‘where the customer is the star’ is visible and well represented across our communications.

Suzi, Venue Manager
Suzi ensures that all events run without a hitch, coordinating across the departments to bring together the delivery plan, while making sure the venue looks its best inside and out.

Scott Brodowski, Head Chef
With a passion for local, seasonal ingredients, Scott works tirelessly in our kitchen to ensure the quality and sourcing of the ingredients we use is that of a 5-star restaurant. Scott has years of impressive experience under his belt, not to mention his recent HIT Scholarship at Mossiman’s.
