Pressed terrine of ham hock, quail scotch egg, pickled apples and pear with a cider dressing

Mains

Tweed valley beef cheek, braised peas and shallots, roast Ayrshire news, charred carrot puree, tarragon gravy (ngci)

Pancetta wrapped chicken with sage and onion mousse, braised red cabbage, spring onion mash, asparagus and port jus (ngci)

Leek and smoked applewood pithivier, confit of peas, sugarsnap and watercress salad with a chervil and rapeseed dressing (v)

Hickory sticky toffee pudding, brandy caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream (v)
