What time do the Carnival Party Nights begin?

The event doors open at 7:00pm.

Tables and Group Bookings

Our evening is all about dancing, but you’ll need a place to rest your feet and enjoy a bite to eat. Once you have booked your tickets, our team will assign tables and you’ll be directed on the evening. Please let us know if you are booking tickets for as part of a company or group so that we can keep you all together. If you are in a group with less than 10, you may be seated at a shared table, the more the merrier!

When do the bars open?

We will have two bars available on the night. The cocktail bar and main bar will both be open all night. QR codes will also be available with our digital menu. Guests will be able to order drinks to their table without leaving their seats! We accept card payments only.

What food will be on offer?

Enjoy a selection of festive food stalls, from our famous Mac Shack to fresh crepes with all the toppings. Please click here to see our full offering. You will have 3 food tokens to spend on the evening (tokens are for food only and cannot be used for drinks)

What if I have a dietary or allergen?

After purchasing tickets, a link will be sent out to the lead ticket buyer with a form to let us know about any special dietary information.

Can we pre-order drinks?

It is highly recommended to pre order drinks to avoid queues at the bar. Drinks pre-orders will be sent by email to the ticket holder in advance and must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the event date.

What time does the Carnival Party Nights end?

Every night we will close at 1am!

What is the dress code?

Get ready to sleigh the fashion game! Ho-ho-hop into your holiday best and get your dancing shoes on!

Only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to attend the event. Proof of age may be required upon entry.

Booking and Deposit

Upon booking, each attendee is required to pay in full or a non-refundable deposit of £30 per ticket. No physical tickets will be issued – we operate a guest list on arrival. The deposit secures the attendee’s place at the event and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Final Payment

The remaining balance of the ticket price is due in full by the 1st of November. Failure to pay the final balance by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of the attendee’s booking and deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees have the option to pay the total ticket price upfront. If an attendee cancels their booking before the 1st of November, they will receive a refund of the ticket price minus a £15 cancellation fee. Any cancellation made after the 1st of November, regardless of whether the full ticket price was paid or only the deposit, will not be entitled to a refund.

Drink Packages

Drinks pre-orders will be sent by email to the ticket holder in advance. Drink packages must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Failure to confirm drink packages by the specified deadline may result in limited availability. Attendees may cancel their drink package and receive a refund up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event date.

Group Bookings

Upon booking, tables will be assigned. When purchasing tickets, please confirm if you are attending as a Company/Group so we can correctly assign tables. Please note, parties of less than 10 may be seated at shared tables.

Dietary and Allergens

Eskmills Venue will endeavor to provide suitable adaptions to the menu for any guests with special dietary requirements or allergies. We cannot however take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance (no less than 48 hours prior to the event).

Accessibility

The whole of Eskmills Venue is at ground level, and we make every effort to make the site accessible to all our guests.

Liability

The event organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to attendees’ property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and must adhere to any rules or regulations set forth by Eskmills Venue.

Changes and Amendments

Eskmills Venue reserve the right to make changes or amendments to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes or amendments will be communicated to attendees via email or other appropriate means. By booking a ticket and/or attending Eskmills Christmas Carnival Parties, attendees agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
